The Shadow Chasers have been investigating the paranormal for the last 12 years. They have not only investigated hundreds of private homes, but they have investigated numerous public locations and historic sites as well.
The Shadow Chasers have been featured multiple times in the media, most prominantly in Cheri Farnsworth's Haunted Northern New York series, as well as in a series of documentaries produced by WPBS TV Watertown. The team were the PBS TV Ghost Hunters for 3 years before partnering with regional radio. The NYSC are university trained researchers operating under Social Sciences NYS CITI Research Certification.
The Shadow Chasers have been featured multiple times in local media for our work and have been featured by CNY Central News NBC 3, CBS 5, CW6 in Syracuse, Fox 7 Watertown, PBS TV, WIBX 950 AM, Rome Sentinel, Watertown Daily Times and the Utica Observer Dispatch.
After numerous events and public lectures for SUNY Potsdam, SUNY Canton, NYSRTA and MVCC, the Shadow Chasers have begun teaching a Community Education course on paranormal research for Herkimer County Community College to help others interested in conducting paranormal research and assisting their local communities.
When not teaching or out on investigations, the Shadow Chasers can be found conducting public fundraising investigations with the help of local radio stations Lite 98.7 WLZW and Oldiez 96.1 WODZ for Paranormal CNY, Haunted History Investigations and The 'Ghost Train' each October to assist historic sites throughout New York.

Author PW Creighton - Phil was the primary founder of the Shadow Chasers, holding an MSed in Information Technology & Communications and a BA in Folklore Anthropology, Geoarchaeology, Environmental Geology and Photography/Videography. Phil is currently writing the Supernatural Thriller series with his novels Nightfall and Hysteria
Kate was the secondary founder and instrumental in the development of the team's holistic approach to investigations holding a BA in Psychology & Archaeology and currently working on her MBA in Fraud Management while writing her own series of books based on the paranormal.
